Come and celebrate the Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the new state of the art skate park in Arvada Colorado – adjacent to the Arvada APEX Recreation Center. This grand opening event will feature a host of Pro Skaters and X-Games competitors including Andy Macdonald, Windsor James, Cara Beth Burnside, Mimi Knoop, Al Partanen, Dave Davis, Jono Schwan, Mike Rogers, and more! Food and merchandise vendors will be there, including great demonstrations, and plenty for kids and families to take part in. One of the objectives of the event is to introduce and celebrate “skaters” to families and those not familiar with the skating community.
